fed-up parents and educators who, without anything close to the resources of their conservative opponents, are organizing a grassroots effort to restore American schools to their intended purpose, that of educating children to be citizens of a democracy and full participants in an open society.

the board in Placentia Yorba Linda will be doing a first reading of a proposed parental policy, which was recommended for approval by the superintendent. This policy does not explicitly mention trans students, but it does use the same exact wording in the first paragraph as the other policies

update: the Glendora school board has voted NO on the forced outing policy!!!!!!!!!! 2 voted yes, 3 voted no
I'm here at Glendora's board meeting tonight where they'll be voting on the forced outing policy it's so crowded that we had to sit in the overflow area!!! They also reduced comment time from 3 minutes per comment to 2

Here's the part of the forced outing policy that pertains to trans students. This policy will be voted on tonight at 7 pm in Glendora. It's very telling/scary to me that they attached the DSMV criteria for gender dysphoria. These people want to pathologize gender diversity so badly
