Always fun to stumble on a shopgoodwill listing that is misspelled. Sitting on it all week getting excited about the deal and thinking you're the only one in the world that knows about it. Then in the final hours there are 10+ bids and in the end it goes for more than it would have on eBay.

Stuffy rich people love to prove they're important/needed so the CFP committee will def find at least one wrinkle to change like Miami/ND flip but it's all fairly straight forward and I see it (in order); Indiana, Georgia, Ohio St, Tech, Oregon, Ole Miss, A&M, OU, Miami, ND, Tulane, JMU. Simples.

Sparty had a coach have an *incident* and fired him, overpaid for a guy that never fit and bought him out, and now is getting a coach who was fired for a coaching *incident(sssss)*... I'm not seeing the vision. But hey, Fitzgerald gets a chance to wash his image and then leave for more money!

Pre-game shows have always been inherently silly concepts but it was nice to just have the TV on hours ahead of the big games. But man, Disney and FOX have distilled perfectly unwatchable slop full of the worst ideas sports coverage has to offer. I'd rather accidentally miss the start of games.

I will never trust the SEC. Every year the final three weeks breaks down perfect to maximize the chances of the most teams making the playoffs. This after spending the season lobbying and inflating rankings of mid tier teams so that they can be quality wins along the way. I just can't prove it...

Cowboys have a kicker that can literally cut the field in half and people were acting like taking the points in the third quarter was a bad choice. "One score extended to one score" I hear you, but if they're within a FG at the end, they barely gotta make the 50! Moot either way, it has them up 10.

Analytics will never usurp momentum in my simple brain. (and I realize both these teams keep going for it on fourth so it's really just a wash). But damn. Bomb. Packers back up by 10 because of the Lions' fear of the most important play in football: the punt. Even plays a role when you run from it.
