I taught myself continental and it helped relieve my wrist and shoulder pain. It took a few weeks to get it right but now I knit so much faster and mostly pain free except for thumb issues. Darn trigger thumb.

Yup I noticed it was less and less. I’ve had to crawl back to Insta to get my old house fix lately and I hate that.
