Honestly daylight savings probably saved me from being an absolute mess this morning.
Couldn't get to sleep. Ended up moving back and forth between the bed and the couch. At the very least the time change means I still got six hours.
And again, screw illness.

I went out and ran 42 km for the first time in my life today. Well. I walked a good chunk of it but brought it home in under 5 hours.
