I went out and ran 42 km for the first time in my life today. Well. I walked a good chunk of it but brought it home in under 5 hours.
So I'm a fucking marathoner now, according to one sign on course.
Another sign told me to bark if I had that dawg in me. So I did. #puppyplay

- 31 km long run today (three weeks to my first marathon)

The body definitely keeps the score when it's fighting something off. Below was my Garmin stress levels when I got the 'rona in 2022, day I tested positive. I was running a heart rate of over 100 bpm at times (usually resting is ~60). Subsequent days were less intense, but still would not recommend.
