Anyone who continues to claim in 2024 Halifax that enforcement is a viable and acceptable way to shore up shoddy (cycling) infra is either grossly misinformed or being extremely deliberately ignorant.
I legit can’t even think of a single issue enforcement has solved. Tons for better design, though.

A beautiful day to be running errands by bike, it's too bad much of our bike infrastructure is still buried under snowbanks. It's been a week! Getting better but still a ways to go and more snow potentially on the way in the coming days.

Vernon LSB working as designed this morning with cars lane splitting between the south and north bound bikes. Also the obligatory minimum of at least one driver choosing to ignore the mode filter at Jubilee.

Planning to contact 311 about moving/removing these concrete barriers, they really narrow the start of this busy MUP and I can't comfortably squeeze through on my cargo bike at the same time as pedestrian. #BikeHfx, would anyone be sad if they were gone?
