Why don't more men call out misogyny when they see it? They don't hold other men accountable. It may be minor among the atrocities this admin is committing but it highlights the complicity that made it possible. If you voted for this, you find the misogyny and racism acceptable (at least).
Trump keeps insulting female journalists because the guys don’t speak up. He’s a coward who only punches down. If a roomful of men started shouting questions at him about his misogyny, he wouldn’t know what to do.

Don't assume something is true about any subject here just because someone *sounds* authoritative or reasonable. I'm finding more and more that if you really analyze some posts, on the left, too, they don't make any sense. It's just someone whose been in their own head too long.

Every time I post something astronomy related it gets practically no engagement so everyone needs to look at these images of a comet that formed around another star as it outgasses around ours.

"Are you ready for Thanksgiving/Christmas?" is the dumbest small talk question. Not everyone cares about or looks forward to or even celebrates all the same holidays that you do. Almost as bad as being asked if I have kids because there's often that awkward pause when I answer in the negative.

I'm so stressed out right now about my Internet and not being able to work. I'll have to make up the extra time either all night or on Thanksgiving and Cox has no estimated timeframe now for when it'll be back up. This couldn't happen on a Saturday or when I don't have so much to do. Nope.

Just look at this smooth galaxy almost 6 billion light years away and feel better. This galaxy is older than our solar system and here we are, gazing at it and wondering about it.

It is at redshift 0.60 (lookback time 5.90 billion years) with coordinates (214.35798, 52.42429).
