After the February break, 80 much-needed educational assistants will no longer have jobs. This means that Saskatchewan's most vulnerable students will be without the people who have been helping them with day to day activities this school year. Hard to understand how Saskparty MLAs sleep at night.

Canada Post is NOT a private corporation; it's a crown corporation owned by the federal government. It does NOT need to make money. Some things can be a public service intended to meet the needs of the public. I support Canada Post workers and all workers who make sacrifices to fight for labour. ✊

Blue Cross Blue Shield in Connecticut, New York & Missouri has declared it will no longer pay for anesthesia for the full length of some surgeries.
If the procedure goes over a certain time, anesthesia will not be covered for the duration.

Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Won’t Pay for the Complete Duration of Anesthesia for Patients’ Surgical Procedures
In an unprecedented move, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield plans representing Connecticut, New York and Missouri have unilaterally declared it will no longer pay for anesthesia care if the surgery or procedure goes beyond an arbitrary time limit, regardless of how long the surgical procedure takes. The American Society of Anesthesiologists calls on Anthem to reverse this proposal immediately.

My friend lost her beloved life partner this week. Another her grandmother(who raised her).
Now I'm thinking of the most cruel life lesson we can learn.. I think it's when you realize how cruel the human experience can be.
