In Saskatoon, the city is aiming for more "shared-use paths" that accommodate a broader spectrum of user.
It avoids a knee-jerk opposition to the term "bike lane", but doesn't provide a seamless, efficient cycling commuting route either.

The City of Saskatoon told us the original ghost bikes were not removed by city staff, nor is it policy for them to do so.
Either they were/are mistaken, or the bikes were taken by others for whatever reason.
Our fingers are crossed that the plaque will last longer, and not "disturb" anyone. 🙂🤞
