Here’s what many folks can’t tell you today because the NY Times and the Associated Press didn’t even cover our election results last night: 22 counties that voted for Donald Trump in 2024 just voted for Alicia Johnson last night.

Early voting starts tomorrow, October 14, and runs through Friday, October 31. The sooner you vote, the sooner you get off campaign call and knock lists 😉

Most Georgia voters living in a municipality also have local elections, which are usually nonpartisan. Atlanta residents, which includes me, get to vote on mayor and city council president, board of education, and a handful of judicial retention elections.
