Love this idea

It can’t possibly be him as this one is patterned but he must be a very close relative, probably made at the same time from the same pattern. He has had many repairs & stitches & lots of love. And now he’s all scrubbed up clean again & will be coming back to the UK for my granddaughter to love

I immediately took a photo and sent to my mum who said “Pinky Pig “ !!! As soon as I held him I could remember the feel of his overstuffed body and the one tiny patch of fur that I hadn’t rubbed off . It’s so visceral

Reassured me he had only gone travelling . And today I was in a charity shop here in Cape Town and felt a strong pull to go to the far end of the shop and look up . And there on a shelf, too high for a child to see, look what I found!!

Seen them three times in Berlin -all amazing .Pompeii amphitheatre this July ,can’t wait & hopefully no injuries

But why are everyone else’s injuries so cool ? My only gig related injury was horrendous heel blisters from new boots walking to a Nick cave concert in Berlin
