I just read this fantastic piece on Substack by @sarahraad.bsky.social and discovered the concept of "vorfreude" - the notion of anticipating joy - as well as enjoying the process of planning a life worth putting my phone down for.

The whole clique drama on #thetraitors was just wild! Fancy trying to even dare deny being in the most visible clique going AND trying to turn it all on Freddie who they’ve been calling a traitor for days because he dares to suggest one of them is?! THEN he gets them to eat their own. Class.

Messing with Lego will not end well.
I wonder if it ever occurs to people who the men were who were paying to rape and abuse the girls being groomed and sold by the gangs run by Pakistani and Asian men. According to some of the girls themselves, white, British men were involved. To be clear ALL involved are utter scum.

Deactivated twitter account after 16 years on the platform. Met some brilliant people there back in the day and been given some great opportunities but it’s now just the absolute worst and I can no longer justify any form of support for Elon Musk. World’s richest man & most dangerous in my opinion.

Greg Wallace is a man of a "certain age".
All the trouble I ever had, when I was a young woman, was from men of Greg Wallace's age. And because I was younger and they were above me in social/work terms, I couldn't stand up to them or report them.
