Justin Trudeau's timing in stepping down & proroguing gov't was brilliant. He learned that trick from one of his opponents, Stephen Harper, who saved his gov't with same move. Carney gets all the attention now, frames his credentials in tough times, and Pierre Polievre now looks like outcast he is.
