My questions as very similar to Larisa’s, although this thread is inspiring me to ask more specifically about how to turn questions into research designs!

I’m doing prescreening this year and it’s been so helpful! One example: I thought someone had a great record but was concerned about fit - they were so specific about future plans but in ways that didn’t seem to 100% align with me. Talking to them I saw the overlap & can imagine how they’d fit.
