I'm going to be racing the 3 hour solo at Chase the Moon! I'm excited to be racing again, and I feel strong and ready! #trailrunning #aravaipa #running

After all the hard work of recovery, I ran on the trails today and had no knee pain! It felt amazing! All of my running on the tredmill and strength training has paid off. I just kept telling myself, "Guess what!? Guess what!? Look where you are, look what you did" #trailrunner #training #colorado

Here's a picture from one of the new places I've been exploring all covered in snow! In other news, I have worked up to a 7 mile long run without pain! #trailrunning #winterrunning #snow

Training is going well! I have been doing all my training runs without knee pain, and that is such a huge breakthrough for me. I'm feeling confident and a bit more like my old self again. #running #training

I ran 6 miles today with no knee pain, and I'm just so thrilled! This has been my longest run without knee pain since I got injured almost 6 months ago. I'm 10 weeks into running specific training for my injury, and I'm trying hard to build a good base to come back to.

Ran 5.5 miles yesterday with run and walk intervals, I didn't have much knee pain, so I think progress is happening

I didn't feel up to battling the elements too hard today, so I went to this trail. It goes up the canyon, and they plow it for the water company. It's nice for a trail run because when everything else is muddy it's dry. #canyon #river #winter #trailrunning

Happy New Year! Best of luck with your running goals for next year! This lovely green pic is from Crested Butte, Colorado, in July.

GPS on an indoor track is funny 😁 I wanted to watch Netflix on the tredmill, but they were all full, so I ran in circles instead #garmin #happynewyear #runner

First time running on the track in years! 4 miles! The flat is helping my knees feel better while I recover and the gym was closed, so there was no tredmill for me. It was really nice and the smell brought back good memories 😌

Today, I explored some trails super close by! I love them and can't wait to learn all the routes. It was a little mushy but nice and dry for the most part. #trailrunning #trails #colorado #explore #running

I didn't have any knee pain on my past two runs! I'm still doing 3 min run 1 min walk for 45min. I'm feeling positive, and on my next run, I can go up to 60 min if I feel good at 45! #running #training #injuryrecovery

I went to a sports medicine Dr. today for my knees and hips... they were audibly shocked when they felt how much my knee caps could move 😬 I was told I was hypermobile and I'll have to really stay on top of strength but I can still do everything I love. I got x-rays and have an MRI scheduled...
