The Constitution doesn’t say “We the People… unless the President or the Court says otherwise.”
Yet that’s exactly what’s happening.

We can’t wait for permission to defend it.
We must STAY LOUD.

In March 2020, I predicted that mail-in voting would be the defining issue.

I spent 2022 warning about rightwing voter challenges.

In 2024, the GOP was preparing to block certification if Trump lost.

In 2026, it will be DOJ use of voter data to undermine state election administration.

I cannot express how dangerous DOJ's actions are to free and fair elections in 2026 and 2028. Access to and the misuse of this data is almost certain to be the central fight for the 2026 midterms. Yet, too few are paying attention and treating this as seriously as they should.

Pay attention
DOJ has sued Maine, Oregon, California, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Washington, Delaware, Maryland, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and Vermont for access to its most sensitive voter data.

My firm has moved to intervene in 10 of those cases. We are working on the last 4.

So, if a man has untreatable testicular cancer the law will prevent him from having the testicles removed to save his life because that would interfere with his ability to produce children, right? Not a covered expense under insurance, right? Oh wait, we only control women.

ALL Billionaires Are Bad

There are no “good” billionaires.

Billionaires are a product of a failed society that believes in increasing profits over everything else.

Invest in ALL people=⬆️ pool of skilled workers, innovators, movers and shakers=⬆️ productivity/community growth.

@mcuban.bsky.social You may think more clearly and more sensibly than Dump, but let’s get one thing abundantly clear:

NO billionaire exists without exploiting and hurting others.

ALL billionaires are bad.

No, you chuds DON’T represent the best of America.

You’re simply bad product.

FUCK. OFF.

Socialism is what they called social security.

Socialism is what they called the growth of free and independent labor organizations.

Agreed. In Germany (new post ww2 constitution) the Supreme Court & federal judges have 12 yr term limits and must retire from there at 68. It seems a good model to work from - also having a parliamentary system seems beneficial in many ways en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal...
