Back at the end of July, just a few days after my Dad had knee replacement surgery, he found a kitten on his wood pile. Her mother never came back for her, so he took her in a day or two later. I think she's pleased with the result.

Well, I made it to 40, my immune system is still trying to take out my liver, but I don't have to be hospitalized over the holiday weekend, so I'll take it.

Last year was rough for us, so I didn't take too many pics, but this is a shot from September. Our deck is 17x20, so everything's also in containers, and we built up trellises, shelving, a drip system, etc. We're still cleaning, setting up for this years with starts inside at the moment.

This girl just had her check-up at the vet, her blood work was perfect, and the vet said they wished every chihuahua was as well behaved as her, so here's a pic of the most perfect creature in my life. Because she's the best.
