Have insurance on a phone that develops a problem? Report it immediately. My Fold 4 has a defect in the hinge that will cost $700 USD to repair . . . . Insurance claim denied because I didn't report it in a reasonable time frame.
But hey, I can get an $850 credit for trading it in for a new Apple 🤔

Day one of vacation log.
Power just went out. There's something soothing about the quiet sound of nothing but the rain. Gone the inorganic hum of the servers. Just the pit and the pat, the occasional drip, the drop and the tink of the sky's singing.

#adAstra making herself at home in the current living room chaos.
Sadly she moved and is a little blurry.

Sorry this didn't include the source. I found it on Imgur and it had already been stripped.

One of those nights where I'm up every hour on the hour . . . . At least it's for excitement and not anxiety like normal?
Hopefully I'm not too tired for this morning's interview.

Yesterday made a full 90 days of food tracking. I do way better when I have to account for what I'm eating.

BTotD if you've been asked to open a bank account and you'll get a share of the profits . . . You're being used as a money mule. You will have your credit ruined.

Seeing all these reductions happening . . . they know these things are what our taxes pay for. I guess the government won't need that tax income any longer 🙃

We should figure out who is in charge of this company that keeps failing at space and make sure they are never put in charge of anything to do with our government.

The only good thing about the media coverage of the US shitshow is documentation. Everything is recorded. When future school children learn about this era, like they do the great depression, it won't be guesses. We can see in real time the evil that swept the nation. Why is its name always Greed?

No context Midnight Burger: do you think Gloria is going to mind? Gloria is making stew for the k-pop wolves right now. We don't need to bother her with this.

Having a morning musing thinking about the fact that your private data is no longer private. Those familiar with tech who know this and use it likely don't care about what they put online because they curate their life.

Have I ever told you I'm bad at consistency? BToD will continue. Just... when it's less exhausting.
And when it's not the same in same out problems.

Day 66 of daily food tracking! Just tracking has an interesting mental effect, especially if I'm logging a fast food order before placing it. Mindful choices make all the difference ^_^7

BTOTD: please make sure you've tested your newly issued debit card before trying to use it at an in person checkout. Sometimes stuff goes wrong on deployment.

Gotta admit, this is one of the shortest ER trips I've taken. Everything is so super inflamed I'm getting both pain meds and muscle relaxers? Okidoki!

Agree.
Doge is auditing NASA today.

This is absurd. The owner of Space X should not be auditing NASA.

It’s a massive conflict of interest.
