Ugh. Having a similar sort of night w/not sleeping. If you open the toilet tank top, the chain might have come loose from the handle (ours does that a lot - it's old) or worst case could shut off the water valve to the tank until you get the plumber. Good luck & hoping for some Zzzzs!
