Instead of stealing Greenland from Denmark, let’s steal some of their policies.

In Denmark:

- Health care and college are free.

- The starting wage is $22/hr.

- Paid parental leave is 1 year.

- Paid vacation is 6 weeks.

- All workers get pensions.

I just blocked another MAGAt without even knowing whether or not they 'know' they've been blocked or that is supposed to be obvious to them through their 'interactions' count?
Is it considered polite to send a final "You've been blocked" message or is that handled by Bsky?
Sorry, new to this, ...

1 of 2. I was a HODLer back in the primordial Bitcoin soup... Stopped doing that when the BTC market was all over the place and bought a pair of Monster UltraBeats headphones for the puny sum of 100BTC. I was laughing! Haven't spent more than $10 on buying Bitcoin, and only for testing purposes.

As a Sudanese Australian, it is heartbreaking to see the devastating war in my homeland overlooked | Sara Sinada
The plight of refugees from Sudan may not be dominating the headlines, but it is the largest displacement crisis in the world Get our breaking news email, free app or daily news podcast Last month, the Australian government announced new visa pathways for displaced Palestinians from Gaza and Ukrainians, providing much-needed relief for communities facing immense hardship. While this is a step in the right direction, it starkly highlights a painful feeling: the Sudanese crisis – a full-fledged famine driven by a preventable proxy war – has been overlooked. On 15 April 2023, war broke out in Sudan, plunging the country into chaos as rival military factions clashed for control. This violent conflict has led to widespread destruction, displacing millions and triggering a humanitarian catastrophe. Stories of sexual assault and other horrific acts continue to underscore the dire circumstances faced by those remaining in Sudan.
