80+% of Figma users are also pretty far removed from a billion dollar company’s "design system challenges", never mind the fact that there is also a _huge_ number of users with the exact experience/skill levels that the whole AI automation will make obsolete.
It’s getting painful to watch all that.

It’s encouraging to see a significant increase in user-centred design capability across all levels of government and throughout the country.
For my page, people started sending me roles they found or wanted listed. Other people told me that they frequently looked at the page.

And in the case of Figma, it’s then "Oh, that’s an easy fix, just write 10 pages of instructions for your design system that get fed into every prompt and you’re good to go!"
I mean, yeah, or have designers learn the minimum amount of HTML/CSS, like they should have from the beginning… 😬
