Humble has relisted Horses.
I played it last night; disturbing, but that is literally the point. It's SUPPOSED to get under your skin. It's a political commentary on power dynamics. The reason it was banned is absolutely ludicrous too btw b/c the content it was banned for literally isn't even in the final version of the game.
