I finally figured out which ripped sample is used for the sneaky sound in MGS1’s tank hangar (idk what else to call it, that like sneaker squeak sound), and uh wow the PS1’s reverb effect really carries it.

in MGS1-3, the cutscenes are just “stages” just like every other playable map is a “stage”. This changes absolutely nothing about your experience.
