So after promising to focus on safety, they’ve gotten right down to work… on gender terminology?

The Dems messaging on abortion is shit.

Fuck your “limits at viability”. Abortion on demand, no exceptions.

Fuck your “what about rape”. Forcing someone to carry a pregnancy is evil regardless of whether they had consensual sex. Stop acting like not wanting to be pregnant isn’t a good reason.

Every anti abortion argument boils down to one or both of these fallacies:

1. A misunderstanding of consent that leads to rape adjacent rhetoric implying consent to sex transfers to consent to pregnancy, or
2. Downplaying pregnancy/birth by calling them inconveniences, “natural”, temporary, etc.

Newly introduced SC bill S323 redefines contraception in a way that opens the door to banning certain forms. But they’re totally not coming for birth control. 🙄

Not a word about abortion in Becerra's exit interview, despite the fall of Roe and what the administration did and didn't do in response being a defining feature of his tenure. www.washingtonpost.com/health/2025/...
‘I can’t go toe to toe with social media.’ Top U.S. health official reflects, regrets.
Xavier Becerra, who has led the Department of Health and Human Services, says federal agencies are outmatched in a world of “instantaneous information and disinformation.”

And now we officially have the 21st century version of the Fugitive Slave Act.

Gee, wonder what happened in this country after that…
New: Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit accusing a New York doctor of prescribing abortion drugs to a Texas resident.

This case sets up a legal battle between Texas’ near-total abortion ban and New York’s law that protects doctors from out-of-state prosecution. www.texastribune.org/2024/12/13/t...

The death penalty for abortions bill in SC is back. “Freedom” Caucus members Rob Harris, Josiah Magnuson, Bill Chumley, Mike Burns, Steven Long and Jay Kilmartin have re-introduced the same horrific bill as last year which would inflict the death penalty on any woman who obtains an abortion.

Statistically, 1 in 4 women will have an abortion in their lifetime. And of those aborting…

57% have never had one before. We aren’t “using abortions as birth control”. In fact, “women having a repeat abortion are slightly more likely to have been using a highly effective hormonal method”.
