I have been boycotting this jackass and any Shopify companies since its inception. I highly recommend you do the same. He allows neo-nazi’s to sell merchandise on their platform. He caters to them. Do better.
Shopify CEO Tobi Lütke frequently echoes extreme right-wing talking points, and now he’s taking Trump’s side in the tariff war, acting as though it’s only about fentanyl and the border when we know it’s much deeper than that.

Shopify is one of Canada’s most valuable publicly traded companies.

iOS 18.3 is out with important security updates.

It also enables Apple Intelligence by default. If you want to save 7GB of storage, you can turn it off in settings.

the world they want is one where you're either unemployed or work an almost no wage job, you have almost no political input or self determination and you’re happy about it because you can get a t-shirt off temu for a $1
The plan is to crash the economy to suppress wages.

I'm not personally so invested in any social media that if any went away for good I would be devastated, but I think we should all care about how and why they go away and who's exerting the power to make it happen.

All of this rot is systemically connected.

racism was always here. it never spontaneously appeared. what he’s noticing is the decaying myth of canadian politeness & people’s willingness to keep quiet. he’s sad everyone doesn’t play make believe anymore so white settlers don’t have to feel guilty or be inconvenienced in any way.
Pierre Poilievre says Canadians are too obsessed with race because of “wokeism” and agrees with Jordan Peterson that Canada essentially had to invent and import racism because it didn’t exist here before recent decades.

Canada is so fucked if this guy forms government.

We’re letting private companies control our public discourse and they are polluting our democracy

Reddit is a multimillion dollar company that relies on amateur moderators who provide free labour and have arbitrary power over what news millions see

We need to take these platforms more seriously
Something stinks on Canada’s largest Reddit forum.

It just banned journalist @lukelebrun.ca.

His crime? Asking why his scoop on an anti-LGBTQ activist ambushing Trudeau in B.C. was removed.

He’s not the first to notice something seriously fishy over there.

According datajournalism.com, 60% of data journalists in their last survey were male. And a recent @pewresearch.org paper showed about 2/3 of "news influencers" are men.

So please share this with anyone who might be interested in broader horizons.

Representation matters!
