I recently started a course to help with disordered eating as I have had issues with binge eating since I was young.
It's the most amazing group of people and it's such a relief to talk to others who understand.

Just noticed that Uber eats have a section for Ramadan groceries.
I had a look and the first ones that come up are the dates from Waitrose. Which are all from Israel.
To my brothers & sisters who are practicing Ramadan. Don't order these.

My binge eating is becoming uncontrollable and I don't know what to do about it. The NHS trust I am under doesn't support adults with binge eating disorder and I can't afford therapy right now.
