Really nice look at @saltocoach.bsky.social’s book by Steve Borelli. The Simone stories are great, but it’s her coaching philosophy that is so important. If you’re a sports parent, this is worth the read.

I can’t tell you how much I’m enjoying @saltocoach.bsky.social’s book! As a musician who often directs a choir of dozens, there are so many parallels to my world, and I realize I’ve been the ‘mean coach’ in the past. Aimee helps me want to be better for those under my tutelage.
