Every once in a while I take a look at natural bodybuilding competitions, just to make sure I keep a realistic expectation for my own goals.

I saw Avatar 3, I thought it was pretty mid. There were plenty of things I liked and enjoyed, but also plenty of things I disliked. I felt like a lot could have been cut or condensed without really losing anything.

I take a look at natural bodybuilding comps to remind myself what I could realistically achieve. This has lead me to consider using enhancements myself, but that's not a near future thing. Lord knows I have to fix my diet before anything else x.x
