Luckily, I say as a lawyer, we are not in court. And doing politics, we can just put the evidence out there. No federal rules in control.

Is it technically enough to sustain a criminal conviction? Don't know, don't care. The statute of limitations passed long ago so that will never be tested.
But it as, at the very least, obviously true to a strong preponderance of the evidence, and that's plenty enough for "can't be POTUS anymore."
