American politics makes a lot more sense when you realize that the GOP is afraid of pissing off the GOP base, and the Dems are afraid of pissing off the GOP base, but neither party is afraid of pissing off the Dem base.

Men overall just need to stop talking. Take a beat (a very long one) and listen for a change. The side effect may be a reduction in suffering, improvement in climate and less violence and more equity.

It’s not just republicans that are trying to prevent the release of the Epstein files, it’s also many democratic leaders that don’t want the files released, otherwise there would be more effort made to force Johnson to comply. This block allows those Dems to claim they tried but weren’t allowed.

I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Ahmad. Ahmad was a barber before this. He has five children Hala, 16, Verimas, 15, Muhammad, 14, Mahmoud, 13 and Ali, 6. His wife is also 9 months pregnant. Muhammad was injured and is suffering from lack of pain medication and malnutrition.

EMS called to ICE facility bc protestor has broken collar bone (!). ICE agents then refuse to let EMS ambulance leave. EMS driver puts ambulance in park, which makes the vehicle lurch slightly. ICE agent then get up into the cab threatening to shoot driver in the head

As long as men are in charge, this is correct. One way to treat this kind of pandemic is to have more women leaders. The more women leaders, the less desire for power and violence. The only people who want power are men. Peace does exist, it’s called woman.

If you use "A.i." to summarize something you haven't read, you have no fucking idea if it's fucking things up. And guess what: it is.
Notable that AI tools could not even generate accurate meeting summaries beyond “a couple hundred words.” That’s useless for minutes.
And for lit review they *completely* shit the bed.
But these aren’t people’s favorite tasks & AI is way quicker, so many will keep using them, truth be damned.
