I actually really liked buns as kind as my hair wasn't too long. I trended to have them at the nape of my neck, as it got all the hair contained, but didn't pull very hard on the scalp.

I could have used a 9x9 instead of a larger pan, but I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out.

Do you have a way to track heart rate variability? I've been tracking mine, and it's pretty accurate on indicating emotional changes.

I grew up using a hand mirror to look at the bathroom mirror I had turned my back to. Selfie mode on a phone works almost as well as the hand mirror, but I find it a struggle to get in focus as easily.
