Robbie Gibb's reported comment that if he did not get his way, he would 'blow the place up' suggests an attitude that is neither measured nor constructive. He is contributing to significant damage to the reputation of the BBC. As Sir Ed Davey argues Gibb’s position is untenable.

Not exactly instilling confidence, those who presided over the last decade shld forfeit the right to dictate new legislation. Removing Mainstream EHCPs makes no sense.

I foresee SEND schools replacing EHCP model, since my son’s existing 2021 plan was only recently updated.
