This is wild but as someone who is on the phone for a majority of the day for work talking to insurance companies (billing department pookies sound off ayyy) this shows a sincere lack of structure in how these companies handle complaints. If you did this at a call center you would be mauled I think

This is a great way to get blacklisted and no longer heard btw. You don't even have to be kind if you don't want to but basic decency is free.

Please please please up the font size on your rp carrd. Please go nothing smaller than 14px please my eyes can't take this. I know the font size in carrd is a little strange but 0.625 is not the answer. 0.875 is on thin ice... people who use size 1+ ilysm
