USAID have pre-approved funds and products ordered. The cancelation of these funds and illegal termination of employees caused food to rot & stoppage of Rx. SOMEONE needs to track resultant DEATHS. Then file a complaint w/ ICC for Crimes against humanity against Rubio, Trump& Musk

If DOGE under the auspices of Musk et al destroy Medicaid and Social Security and USAID, knowing such actions will lead to wide spread deaths among vulnerable populations, it may amount to mass murder, crimes against humanity.
