Got to wondering where I’d rank Joe Biden pardoning his son among the most egregious Presidential Pardons in history, so I started making a big board ranking em. Right now I think I’d rank it #8, between Trump pardoning Joe Arpaio, and Andrew Johnson pardoning (basically) the whole Confederacy.

We’re learning so much about how the presidency is above the law, and I’m excited for the possibility that opens for screenwriters. Like, I want a wacky comedy where a dude in a messy divorce has to become president because it means he automatically gets custody of his kids.
