Thoughts in which screen adaptation of War & Peace is the best? There's so many I don't even know where to begin.

I've become somewhat obsessed with YT videos where Norwegians or Finns sail in Arctic or Antarctic waters. I need to be on a boat. Maybe a short sailing trip in the Faroe Islands would dissuade me of this ridiculous idea.

Something I learned from parenting class when my kids were really little was applying HALT when they're having a meltdown

Little did I imagine how useful that rubric would be when dealing with grownups too, myself included
