Our new paper is out! We developed a platform to see reprogrammed, pluripotent #stemcells based on just looking at the cell nuclei. Why? Because we can identify iPSCs without destroying them; useful for disease modeling, cell therapy & regen med 1/n

So we coated #CRISPR genome editors with an ultra-thin plastic coating...WHY? Because we can freeze dry it into a nanoparticle powder and inject it into the body to edit genes in different tissues - like the eye or the muscle. @NatureNano (1/n)

Yesterday at our group meeting, my very generous lab surprised me with custom shirts and a cake to celebrate my tenure decision. I’m very happy 😀 to be surrounded by a incredibly thoughtful and positive group — one that takes time to enjoy the success by others in the group.
