A common occurrence happens every time I read a new @mariwriter.bsky.social book in that my surroundings match the colours of the cover art. This time the highlands of Scotland on the banks of Loch Morlich.

I tried something different with this post. I’ve wanted to do something #TLOU related forever but I never quite knew what. But, the trailer was season two was released and I loved the mirroring visuals from the game and then this piece happened.

Well, I’ve never had a birthday like this before. Early morning flight to London not having any idea what was in store for me; Brunch, Book of Mormon, Dinner, Mean Girls, and Early 20th Century Vibe Cocktails. Now, I shall pass out for ten hours before an afternoon of Immersive adventures.

Earlier this year I began the start of what I hoped to be a graphic novel based on one of my DnD characters backstory. I done some sketching, some inking, but this was as far as I got in colouring. Don’t know why I’m sharing this other than to maybe inspire me to keep going?

It apparently takes the temperature dropping for the puppy to realise the bed he’s had for eight months is super comfy & cosy, and perfect for lying in at awkward angles.

What’s ironic is I drew this because of the golf cart shenanigans I’d be listening to in the background while working, only for @ashleyroboto.com, @mika.rip, and @katskratchh.bsky.social to all end up having a physical hatred for even the mere mention of the game the second it was done.
