The whole world is bleak and full of dread. What more do these people want to drain from the soul of the people. I’m so very tired of politics and people and circumstance. Let me die. Please. Just let me fall asleep to a silent tune.
A new report led by Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. blames a crisis of chronic disease in children on ultraprocessed foods, chemical exposures, lack of physical activity, stress and excessive use of prescription drugs. In some cases, the report misrepresents existing scientific consensus.

Overcast gloom

Ocean Wakes

Since I’m already on their enemies list I’ll tell you that after the war started I hosted a Ukrainian refugee couple in my guest room for a year. Got them signed up with services. It was a lot. Now they have an apartment, jobs, and a baby. Legally. Call your Ukrainian church. They need help.🇺🇦
