I first saw Hans Hoffman's "The Golden Wall" at AIC in 1965. It stayed with me because that blue rectangle on the left looked like it was a million miles in the distance when it was, in fact, ON TOP! I stood in front of it, in awe, and it's stayed with me all these years since.
