And I realize no one cares, but I dealt with the absolute devastation from Windows 8, the start menu classic shell, all of it, the intel version of 8 wasn't even that bad (at the time for the Microsoft Surface) Of course it's no windows ME or anything....but I remember when they rolled out UWP
Well I'm going to be a jerk and ruin it for you. You absolutely would have a blast if you had the surface with the full version of Windows 8, the intel version of the surface....If you didn't have that, Windows 8 was trash. Especially on an ARM processor.

Sad to hear the news that videogame musician Pete Clarke passed away today after a long illness. He worked for Ocean Software and Software Creations in Manchester during the early/mid 80s and created music for the BBC Micro and C64. RIP Pete.
