For about two hours last night, Sabit Aliyev and his co-workers were trapped by flames from the UPS plane crash in Louisville. “It was like really loud. This explosion and flames all over. It was.. [the] heat was so bad, you can feel it from a distance,” he said.

But the case has been delayed until at least April. And there is still a good chance the DOJ will recommend dismissing the charges.
