Some years ago, visiting family in Wales, I had a pint with an ex police sergeant who’d once been based in Blackwood. For some reason we got on to JFK. He was adamant that there had been a murder conspiracy - “I definitely know there was…” (gulps beer) “..’cos I’ve seen the files at Gwent Police”
