I've been full-time remote working since 2022 and have no intention of going back into an office for hybrid or RTO if I can help it, barring some extreme circumstances.

Office work should be performed wherever the employees can be most productive. In-office requirements are outmoded at best

Louisville is too low. By my count, only 2 of 111 brackets on bracketmatrix have Louisville lower than a 7 seed.

Also that's a tough second round matchup for any 1 seed. Incomprehensible seeding by the committee

It's like they discounted the quality of the ACC... But still let UNC in, a team that performed terribly in that league. Nonsensical

Cal has won one (1) NCAAT game since 2019. A span that included enormous amounts of NBA talent and 2 and 3 seed placements. I would not trust a Cal-coached team to do anything in March. Heck, it's a miracle they beat the worst team in the SEC today

As in, the historic Elo ratings? I haven't dived much into those past a cursory glance, I'm just curious about 2025 ratings and what this Elo system actually captures

Reproducing identical ratings is pointless, of course, so having a different, orthogonal rating system is nice. However, it doesn't make sense to have a Mountain West team (New Mexico, potential 9 seed) ahead of Kentucky (tracking as a 3 seed, finished 6th in the gauntlet that is the SEC)

Also a red flag is posting a 5+ YOE position for every machine learning algorithm and library under the sun, with specialized sensor backgrounds required, for <$150k per year in a very high cost of living city (San Diego).

Everything about this posting screams "run away as fast as you can"
