In addition to "we are nimble", things like "Get Stuff Done" and "Attack with Overwhelming Force" are big red flags in a job description. If you see these - run.

Something kind of interesting that I hacked together this evening is a model on the effect of using a different brand of basketball in game vs practice on three point shooting performance.

The model is 96% confident in a negative impact, and up to 28 percentage points decrease in performance
