My monitor is a Samsung G9, and it has had this "game mode" popup always occur. It's really bad! I hate it!
I had to hack it into going into service mode using a connection via IP, and toggle "com.samsung/featureconf/game_bar.auto_launch_support_type" to FMS_AUTO_LAUNCH_NOT_SUPPORT

Increasing my privacy stuff a bit. I got an addon for my browser that auto-wipes cookies 15s after I leave the domain. Cross site tracking doesn't matter if there's no cookies or data to track.
