When stupidity is considered patriotism, it is unsafe to be intelligent.
Thank you so much for this, great interview.

I’ve found myself lately being critical of the BBC, however, this episode has shown me that in this era of binary politics, I should be supportive of our publicly funded broadcaster.

The Telegraph also whilst celebrating hounding Angela Rayner out of govt, published articles on reducing/avoiding stamp duty on second homes.

Britain really has travelled through the looking glass.

It’s not quite true, I think at least four of the board appointments, for the four nations of Britain, are govt appointments. Robbie Gibb and Samir Shah are also govt appointments. Don’t you remember when that bloviating idiot tried to appoint Charles Moore but settled on his chum, Richard Sharpe?

I know I shouldn’t be shocked, however, when listening to the clip I thought Farage might just attempt to answer Mhari’s question.

My heart sunk when I heard Farage’s comment and the vile audience. This is the monster who is leading in the opinion polls.

This was an excellent opinion piece from William Keegan.

Unfortunately, Starmer/Reeves/McSweeney have made it virtually impossible to rejoin due to them continuing the devastating Tory Freeports/SEZs. The EU does not allow state aid to big business on this scale.

This govt is a disaster.

I take Henry Tufnell’s point that areas like Port Talbot can’t afford to shed more jobs. However, poorer areas are also not resistant to the effects of climate change.

He should be lobbying the govt to increase investment in poor areas rather than sacrifice the commitment to net zero.
