Excessive force. PERIOD!

They called them “violent mobs,” but the violence came from the guys with badges and body armor.

📌 Keep sharing videos, everyone, because they’re evidence.

“Conversion therapy” isn’t counseling — it’s psychological abuse.

Colorado isn’t “silencing Christians.” It’s protecting LGBTQ youth from harm.

No one has a constitutional right to traumatize kids in the name of faith.

It's weird that we still run our country like a religion, where a council of learned men with lifetime infallibility interpret the writings of prophets from hundreds of years ago to try to glean what they wanted us to do today.

Speaker Johnson is our “Theocrat of the Week” for his op-ed praising an IRS decision to abandon enforcement of the Johnson Amendment for churches. The essay repeatedly misrepresents state/church separation and argues that a “healthy republic” is reliant on religion. ffrf.us/3UjF20B

This is not a repeal of the Johnson Amendment — this is the IRS choosing to ignore it when churches violate it.

FFRF remains committed to holding tax-exempt organizations accountable and is exploring all legal avenues to respond to this abdication of responsibility.
The IRS just told a court that churches can endorse political candidates without risking their tax-exempt statuses.

The Johnson Amendment is now effectively DEAD.

🚨This is huge—and terrifying.🚨
