Shout out to the girl in the bathroom at Junior’s in Times Square yesterday who said “Ooh! Spooky dress!” and gave me a bouquet of flowers. That made my whole day. Literally everywhere we went after that, people kept saying “Ooh! You have flowers!”

My youngest is on medical homeschool this semester, and my eldest goes to a magnet school in a different district, so it was super weird watching all the neighbors doing first day of school pictures this morning while we have a few more days of summer.

Today is my husband’s 50th birthday and I wanted to get him something spectacular. He’s a HUGE fan of David Lynch—he made me watch all of Twin Peaks before we got married. So how lucky was I to be able to get this bass guitar in David Lynch’s estate sale?? He’s so happy, I’m so happy for him 😁
