Yes, there was Oreshnik, but there was a cover story there (even if not really believable) - it wasn't/isn't deployed and the strike was ""a test." Also, it's probably incorrect to say that 9M729 is "illegal." Now that there is no INF Treaty, it's no more illegal than Typhon. 2/2
